1. Who we are

ecollective.org (the "Site") is operated by Jamnaytac LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information the Site receives, how it is used, and the choices you have. The short version: the Site is a static publication that collects as little as possible.

2. What we collect

The Site has no user accounts, no sign-up forms, and no payment features. We do not set cookies, run analytics, or load fonts or scripts from third-party services.

• Server logs. The Site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS Amplify). Like any web host, it records standard technical information when a page is requested: IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. These logs are used for security and to keep the Site running, and are retained only as long as the hosting provider keeps them.
• Email you send us. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it to reply to you and keep it as long as the conversation is relevant.

3. How we use information

Only to operate and secure the Site and to respond to messages you send. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Sharing

The only third party that processes Site data on our behalf is our hosting provider, as described above. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of others.

5. Links to other sites

The Site links to products and communities that are operated separately. Each has its own privacy policy, and this policy does not cover them.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to how it is used. Since the only personal information we are likely to hold is email you sent us, the simplest way to exercise these rights is to email us and ask.

7. Children

The Site is a general-audience publication and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Changes

If the Site ever adds a form, a mailing list, or analytics, this policy will be updated first and the date at the top of the page will change.
